December!

Hello Blogging World! So I only just realized that it is finally DECEMBER!!!!! This means that it is almost Christmas! A warning, if you hate christmas, or don't particularly love it, then you might not want to read this, I do tend to go a bit insane about christmas. I don't know about you but I think that Christmas is the best day of the year. I mean, what other holidays have:

 fun with family and friends

 colorful lights and festiveness

and...

loads of gifts!

I personally think that one of the best parts is giving gifts. It is the best feeling ever when you buy someone the perfect gift and the absolutely love it. And, since I go to a catholic school, even though I'm not religious, they just started to decorate for christmas! Now there are trees everywhere and christmas lights all over the school! My school has definitely figured out by now that the best way to distract everyone from the stress of final exams is to decorate for the holidays. So nice!

It's Beginning to Look a Lot like Christmas!

Hello Blogging World! Recently it has been getting a lot colder (has anyone else noticed? Or is it just me) and I have been trying to think of ways to stay warm and stay cozy. First of all, I don't know where you guys live, but in Los Angeles, where I live, it is normally quite warm throughout the year. So it is quite a shock when it starts to get cold!

First of all, it is my personal opinion that hot chocolate makes everything better in life. Is that so wrong?  It's so sweet and creamy. And yes, incase anyone was wondering, there is such a thing as vegan chocolate.

Secondly, scarves and mittens, and all of those cute accessories are the bomb because they keep you cute, but snugly, and they are so easy to stick in your purse if you get to hot.

Finally... Candles! I have to admit that they don't really keep me warm, but they are so festive! Best christmas present ever.

Hello world! Welcome to my blog. I decided to start a blog because I wanted a way to communicate with people and to express my ideas and opinions about the world.

I thought I might start by talking a bit about myself, so if you hate that sort of stuff don't bother reading the rest of it. ;)

I have always considered myself as a weird person. I don't really tend to fit in or appear normal. This proved to be very unfortunate as a kid because I was always picked on, or pointed out for being different. For starters, both my parents are British, and had lived there all their lives, until they decided to pack up and move to America for my dad's job. As a result, I picked up some of their accents, but not quite all of it. Therefore in America everyone seems to think I have a British accent, and in England, everyone teases me for having an american accent. I am also a twin(not identical), lefty, and a vegan. When I was little, I used to spend a lot of my time trying to fit in. Now, I realize that there is no possible way for that to happen, so I might as well embrace it :)
